We recently purchased a new copier, and the entire experience was excellent. The installation was quick, smooth, and professional. Everything was set up properly, and the team took the time to make sure we knew how to use the new equipment before they left.

The copier works great and does exactly what a copier is supposed to do—which is about the highest praise I can give a copier! More importantly, the service has been excellent. The team was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.

Great equipment, great people, and great service. We would definitely recommend them.

Such a thorough, warm, knowledgeable, and Swift job encounter I witnessed at My facility; that was conducted by a Representative named Paul.
Not only did Paul fix the problem, he was honest and transparent with ultimatums that would Save Money- as to "How" to fix it!! Yes**** he offered solid advice, that was to "My Benefit" and Not his. And this is Sound Business Production & Integrit
y. Thus I'm a Loyal, consumer & Customer***
I own a Resource Center, and we use our Printers Consistently throughout the day... And heavily. It's good to know that whenever we have a Problem, we have reliable service
